Mission Statement

To support the Parking Department Mission: The Parking Department is committed to being innovative, delivering high quality of services, and providing excellent customer service to all on the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign campus.

Committee Charge

This board is formed to hear and determine appeals by University community members for decisions by the Parking Department. The board is asked to elect its own chairperson and to prescribe its own procedures. A staff member in the Parking Department will serve as a non-voting member and secretary of the board.
